painful erections lasting more than 4 hours. Cialis may also cause sudden hearing problems, or ringing in the ears. Stop taking Cialis and inform your physician right away if any of the above serious Cialis side effects occur.

Cialis is prescribed to treat male sexual impotence also known as ED
(Erectile Dysfunction). Cialis works by controlling the enzyme
phosphodiesterase TYPE 5(PDE5), which in turn causes higher level of
Nitric oxide that dilates blood vessels in the male organ by allowing the
influx of blood needed to sustain an erection. Cialis is effective only during sexual arousal. Cialis does not work in
the absence of libido. Cialis begins working approximately 1/2 hour before sexual activity and
lasts up to 36hours. Cialis remains in the body for more than 2 days.
Cialis is effective in about 70% of men, though it is effective only
when poor blood circulation is the cause of the ED.
Cialis Overdose
No overdose of Cialis has been reported as of yet. However, large does of Cialis (up to 500 mg) may result in heightened side effects symptoms. If you suspect Cialis overdose, seek medical attention right away. If you miss a dose of Cialis, take it as soon as you can. However, if it is just about time for your next dose, skip the one you forgot and go on with your regular schedule. Never take a double dose of Cialis.
